INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is one of the strategic approach for the effective
management of the individuals in organization; it helps business for gaining the competitive
advantages. It also designed for maximizing performance of the employees in the service of the
employee’s strategic objectives. Greenwich Pharmaceutical a bio pharmaceutical company
which is known as the multiple treatment products and services and it is one of the first natural
cannabis plant for derivative for gaining the market approvals. This report will examine the
developing organization and HR strategies and also the planning of the Human Resource in
environment of the organization. It also highlighted effective practices of the HR and
performance management in the organization and also influence the employment legislation on
practices of HR in an organization (Noe and et.al., 2017).

From the evolution of the strategic human resource management process of Greenwich
Pharmaceuticals where the professionals of HR need to know the strategic objectives and aims
from getting the highest levels and also to achieve success in the market. the wants and needs of
te chief executive in the context of the business is operated the company and also it wants to
invlves the employees well-being as the part of the mission statement. It is important for showing
the strategic management of the human resource for making the sense of the process in fierce of
the competitive advantage for recognizing and differentiating the increasing of innovation and
excellent provision services to its customers. There are some strategic approaches of Human
Resource;
 Definition of skills:- it is one of the most important strategy of the Human Resource
where all the top level management can identify the and determine strategic objectives.
HR can easily find out the skills and ability of the employees which is necessary for the
Greenwich Pharmaceuticals. The mission statement which chief executive wants of the
company is to providing the better services and supporting, hiring and training, staff
selections and safety beyond the expectation of all the employees and it enable for

providing the better service to the external customers The mission statement of the

knowledges for their better performance(Cascio, 2015.).
 Attracting talent:- it’s important to hire the qualified and skills oriented employees

and also it retain the customers for the organization. From hiring the attractive talents it is
beneficial for the company to complete the mission statement and also fulfil the needs

high wages and salary to them.

where the knowledge management aimed for properly documenting and also preserving
about the information, skills and knowledge which is developed by the Greenwich

Pharmaceuticals is efficient, transparent and reliable communication systems. It’s all
about fostering the cultures and management of the organization because it empower
employees where they feel free for generating the new ideas and innovation for the
company’s which is long term benefits for everyone and it also motivate them for
working with the organization

achieves the optimum uses and valuable assets of the Greenwich Pharmaceuticals. The main and
objectives of the Human Resource planning is to search best employees and jobs when avoiding
the manpower surpluses and shortages.
While addressing the best HR planing its important to implement o the shortage and surplus of
the company. It is one of the biggest current issues in the company because of shortage of
employees. From not fulfilling the requirements of the HR it creates so many issues and problem
at workplace.
The 3 key elements of the Human Resource planning for forecasting the labor demand, balancing
the project labor demand and supply and also the analyzing the present labor supply. There are
some stages of the implementations of human resource planning:-
Assessing the current HR capacity:- for developing skills of the employees which has clear
understanding of the staff which is currently holds by Greenwich Pharmaceuticals. The Cat Log
of the employees involves the activities and certifications from the volunteer’s.
Forecasting HR requirements:- It is 2 stage which has been include for the future needs of the

 Unfair dismissal case:- it is a current issue of the Greenwich Pharmaceuticals where the
unfair dismissal only occurs when repudiatory beach causes because when employees
accept the contract and it has been terminated or by resigning. the fairness is it would be
looked on separate bases under statutory claims for the unfair dismissal.
 Bullying in harassment:- it is one of the current issues of Greenwich Pharmaceutical
where the behavior of individuals makes someone offended and intimidate. The behavior
of the Bullying and harassment involves so many reasons such as the unfair treatment to
employees, picking of the undermining individual’s and it can be occur and happen face
to face, by e-mails, by phone etc. which can easily create so many issues in Greenwich
Pharmaceuticals and destroy position and image in the market.
 Issues with recruitment and selection:- it is one of the problem which relates to the
current issues of the Greenwich Pharmaceutical and due to lack of communications,
misunderstanding between recruiters, which easily cause so many issues in the
recruitment and selection process and it involves inability for identifying right skills and
right candidate for the right positions.
Future issues in the organization
 Increase in the needs of the employees:- it is one of the future problems which has been
generated because of not fulfilling demands and needs of employee’s at right time. From
providing the better working environment with positive climate makes employees happy
and motivates them for working when the Greenwich Pharmaceutical not providing the
facility of rewards and recognition to employees then it decreases the involvement and

employees engagement. According to the heavy work load and improving the efficiency
of the working increase the demand and needs of the employees towards the Greenwich

 Recruiting new HR manager:- its challenging for the new HR for recruiting in the

and teams it uses organizational alignment tool with the key and main objective’s of
the Greenwich Pharmaceutical where it serves competitive assets for double the
workforce engagement when it is enable to take better decisions. The overall
alignment and productivity of the company perfectly improve the articulating
employees responsibilities and roles.

eventually contribute work and achieve goals and objectives.

characteristics under this act. Its important for following this equity act by Greenwich
Pharmaceutical. It has the purpose of violating the dignity of the individuals and also creating the
intimidating, degrading hostile, and offensive working environment for the person. Harassment
at work place also occur the individuals reasonably which consider and conduct the effect which
is unintended. Bullying word is define as the offensive, malicious and also insulting behavior
towards the employees make them demotivated and decrease morale because it is abusive and
sometimes it injure the persons and put them in so much stress. From negative behavior at
working environment and behavior being targeted person repeatedly and persistently over the
time(Osabiya, 2015).
Employment agencies act 1973:- Recruitment and selection, Laws and regulation does not
mean that it always easiest thing to get over it because there are so many rules and regulations
which has been made for the benefits of the Greenwich Pharmaceutical which is quite helpful for
solving internal and external problems of the company and it one of them where it involve
process of the recruitment and selection it is a part of firm where right candidate with their
skills and knowledge has been hired for the right position but sometimes it creates so many
conflicts between the recruiter and selector because of lack of communicate and so much

misunderstanding between them. Its important for recruiter to inspect and take exams of the
candidates from which they can easily select the best candidates.
Employees act 2018 :- Disciplinary and grievance procedures removes the statutory of the
Greenwich Pharmaceutical because its important to maintain disciplinary at workplace and also
able to handle the grievance’s. main and important area of this act is to handle critical
situation’s and also has the capability to deal with issues and conduct the performance.
Sometimes its difficult to mange both encounter both the difficulties and performance of the
employees because it directly affects employees in so many ways. There are so many employees
which easily handle the situation in such matters because it is good practice of them more
capability to address such issues in their way and also perform better(Fiaz, Su, and Saqib, 2017.).
RECOMMENDATION
Each and every organization has power of implementing and analyzing the problems in better
ways. From the Human resource management its easy to manage critical situation and facing all the
issues in the Greenwich Pharmaceutical because there are so many problems has been faced by company
in so many ways sometimes it is long term issues and sometimes its short term issues. Its important to
make the strategic vision which is easy to understand task of the company also response on it. The main
problems and issues of the company is it has providing the training and development program me to their
employees From the HR practices its easy to motivate employees and also improve their performance in
so many ways such as by giving them rewards and recognition, by appreciating them ad also set small
goals which has been achieved by the employees. It increases their morale and motivates them for
working with the organization and there are some laws which is helpful in removing conflicts between
employees and organization(Mylona and Mihail, 2018).

Human resource management is a strategic tools and approaches where all the effective process
has been applied for the managing individuals in so many ways. This report will examine developing of
the organization on basis of case study and also it define HR planning and its process effects on the
business environment. Furthermore, it conclude the effective practices of HR and performance
management on organization and also influence of employees legislations on the HR practices in
organization
