PART 1:IntroductionHuman Resource Management is one of the important functions of an organization whichenables the management of the personnel. These are the important resource as it helps in thefulfillment of the objective through the performance of the required activities. There arevarious processes in human resource management, which helps in attracting the best talent inthe industry and developing for long term performance(Al-Kassem, 2017).The purpose of the report is to conduct research in recruitment and selection procedure withinan organization. In this research, the importance and the effective techniques of recruitmentand selection process have been identified(Marie Ryan & Derous, 2016). The data, articles, and studies of the eminent authors wouldbe researched from the internet and based on the findings of these studies, recommendationswould be made for the development within an organization.
