HRM is very much important for all SME organisations as this will be regulating theiroperations on daily bases which means that they could perform better with help if it.Report will basically include objectives that will lead by human resource department inorganization. It will also include strength and weakness of selection method that is being used inthe company and improvements that is being done in chocolate presence. It will salso includeadvantages and disadvantages of advertising jobs. Furthermore, it will include benefits ofgraduate training schemes and internship of employees of Microsoft. It emphasizes on employeeengagement and its importance in employee relation in Microsoft.TASK 1Purpose and importance of HRM Human resource management refers to approach that is been adopted by management ofcompany strategically to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of organization with respect togain competitive advantage from its competitor. The another reason for the adoption of HRpractice is to build a strong relationship between the employer and employee as it will contributein increasing the effectiveness and productivity of company.HRM is approach that is adopted by company strategic to increases efficiencies of organisationalong with to gain competitive advantage with their competitors (Dahou and Hacini, 2018).Company adopted HRM practices as to increase employee satisfaction along with increase inefficiency and productivity of company.Importance and function of HRMMaintain the work life quality- It is the perception of maintaining the healthyrelationship between employees and management (Olga 2017). The aimof the HRM of providing training and development is to prepare them for the higher jobs.Performance appraisal- The HRM used to provide monetary and non-monetary incentives toemployees as keys of motivation to increase productivity of Chocolate presence.Strength and weakness of current selection processThe current selection process for Chocolate presence is to clear the examinationconsisting of the language command of English and the quantitative approach. The requirementof the clearing the exam is the having the marks of 50% (NGOLE, 2015). The reference will bechecked out of passed candidates along with informal interview which just take the time of 15minutes to complete the selection process.
