Dear Daniel,
I am very pleased to inform you that we are able to achieve our goals after the hard
work of 4 long months.
During this time, we were able to assess the condition of the employees along with the
difficulty that they were facing in their operations. Apart from his, we were able to achieve
the inputs from the customers as well regarding their experience with the organization. With
those important inputs, we formulated a training module for the employees which took care
of their incapabilities in acting as a team player, in properly addressing the queries and
confusions of the customers along with specific training on the application of the pesticides
and insecticides. This also helped the employees to get significant knowledge on the proper
handling of the instruments for cutting the grass and extra parts of the plants along with
operating the machineries for measured spray of water to the plants and the flowers.
In addition to this, the 4 month session was significant for me in understanding that
the activity of the supervisors in terms of educating their team members is insufficient. Hence
I would like to request you to look into the matter in order to create an awareness among the
supervisors regarding this.
