IntroductionThe purpose of this paper is to provide recommendations on organizational safety culture and thelegal responsibilities of employers to ensure a safe workplace. Furthermore, this paper will alsofocus on how Peter Smallgoods can ensure better organizational safety culture following HRMpractices. RecommendationsThere are few of the crucial recommendations which need to be analyzed effectively, they are asfollows:It is highly recommended that the managers of Parker Smallgoods should arrange atraining session to train their employees about the importance of maintaining safetyculture within the organization. Training will increase the knowledge of the employeesthus increasing their involvement in the process (Biddison et al., 2016). Moreover, theDeveloping of a better safety culture within the organization will generate positivechange in safety attitude of the employees. Employees will recognize the importance ofworkplace safety and the general well-being of their colleagues. They will allow toengage with safety rules and regulations within the workplace without the need of anysurveillance. Proper training will help them in managing risks and hazards before anyonegets hurt. Furthermore, it will help to make them responsible to maintain safety protocolswithin the workplace to increase the safety of the workplace (Guldenmund, 2015). It isimportant to enhance the Positive mentality of the employees as it will increase theirdedication towards the work by following safety practices. Changing the behavior of theemployees will ultimately increase the profitability and productivity of the organization. The hiring of the potentially skilled candidates within the firm will promote the growth ofthe firm. On the other hand, there should be encouragement and motivation provided tothe employees from the HR department with the help of various rewarding programs as itwill improve the overall performance of the concerned employees.
