Introduction
The aspect pertaining to communication plays an extremely essential role with regard to the
modus operandi of an organisation in an incredible manner. It also implies the concept
relating to human resource management in the desired manner as far as the policies and
frameworks are concerned. It would also help in the engagement of employees in the desired
manner thereby motivating them to deliver incredible performance in a proper manner as far
as the benefits of the organisation are concerned. The main aim of the paper is to imply the
aspect pertaining to communication by the virtue of a portfolio accordingly (Binder, 2016).
The concept of time sheet, personal style guide, response to an email, agenda along with
distribution communication and minutes of meeting along with follow up communication
would be discussed and demonstrated as far as the portfolio is concerned. The concept of eco
tourism would also be explained and described in a proper manner as far as the concept
relating to sustainability is concerned with reference to the contribution of the respective
tourists and visitors accordingly. A guiding statement would also be included in the portfolio
accordingly.
Time Sheet
The aspect pertaining to timesheet implies the approach which is used with reference to the
calculation of the time which has been taken with regard to the work completed by the
respective employees accordingly. It helps in the determination of the productivity of the
employees in a proper manner accordingly. The timesheet with regard to the portfolio would
involve one hundred and fifty hours of work accordingly on a monthly basis. It would help in
the calculation of the salary for the employer in a proper manner accordingly. It would also
aid in the aspect pertaining to promotions and pay hikes in the desired manner thereby
implying the growth of the employees in the desired manner. It would also help in the
tracking of the records of the employees as far as their position in the company is concerned
accordingly.
Personal Style Guide
There would not be any uniform with regard to the outfit at the workplace. Additionally,
there would also not be any dress code. However, the aspect pertaining to business wear must
be taken into account as far as the maintenance of decency at the workplace is concerned
accordingly. It would help the employees to make choices about what to wear for work
accordingly thereby implying the aspect pertaining to the non-imposition of the dress code
accordingly. It would also motivate the employees to remain in the company on a long term
basis accordingly. There would not be any concept with regard to particular clothing as far as
the concept of outfit is concerned except the fact that decency in clothing is to be maintained
as aforesaid. It would also lead to the representation of the company on part of the employee
in a proper manner accordingly. The language which would be used in the workplace would
be English as it would help in the understating amongst the employees in a proper manner as
far as communication in the desired manner is concerned accordingly. The words which have
