 It will state the key element of employment legislation in terms of influence HRM

 It is the necessary to maintain healthy employee relations is essential for success of company.
 Powerful employee relationship with employees normally deals with avoiding and resolving problems
concerning single person that can develop powerful employee relation depends on healthy and safe
work atmosphere, whole participation and seriousness of all workers, incentives for motivation to
worker and good interaction in the Mont Rose Colleges bonding are needed for large productiveness and
employee satisfaction.
 Effective employee relation identifies which worker can feel positive about their recognition, their job
and about being a section of such great company.

manager in relation to increase profitability and productivity in the workplace.

employee relation can improve the indiscipline, reduce grievance and stress of students within the

Key elements of employment legislation and its impact on decision-making of

 Employment legislation is regulation which regulates
employment within the company with each one who
work. Also, this impact on employers, workers and
students in the Mont Rose College. There are many
employment legislations such as health and safety,
equality and other regulations that are involved within
the organization.
 Equality Act, 2010: This act involves the rights of
employees and students as well as secure against
discrimination because of different protected features.
Therefore, human resource manager of Mont Rose
College must ensure that equality in each aspect while
hiring of workers.

Health and Safety Act, 1974: This act lays down broad ranging responsibilities
on employers. They must secure the well-being, security and welfare at work of
all their employees and students. This refers to that employers can argue that
costs of specific safety measure are not even by decreasing risk which measures
