Introduction
HR management is very significant for any organization. It is responsible for the smooth
function within the organization. The HR department role is to maintain the coordination with all
the department and helps in achieving and aim of the organization. Hr. manager team maintains
the dashboard method for analysis of the work management within the all domain of the
organization. With the help of the HR department the resource can be utilized in the well
synchronized way. McDonalds is a very well-known fast food organization and the credit for its
best growth goes to the Human resource management also McDonalds has the best team of HR
and Leaders who have best potential in them to maintain the name and fame of the organization.

Role of HRM
The main role of Human resource Managers is to manage its resource in a sound and efficient
way such as the analysis of the job, organization of the meeting within the different departments,
recruitment and retraining of the employee. Maintaining and monitoring the performance of all
the departments, maintain policies within the organization etc. Work management planning is
also the role of the HRM the best leaders and the managers of the HRM has the analysis of the
future trends and thus they made the change according to that. It is also responsible for
management of quality within the organization (Ackah & Agboyi, 2016).
Recruiting the candidate
It is one of the important task and one of the challenging thing for any organization the good
staff and employee are responsible for the success of the organization .The Hr management
department get the complete job analysis of each domain according to their vacancy positions
and later they publish their vacancy details in the portal and many other important newspapers
so that candidate can submit their working CV on it .Once the CV are received the Hr
department shortlist the candidates by seeing the working profile and the work experience and
invites the candidates for the various technical and skills round .

McDonalds have the very best mode of the recruitment of the candidate they are the direct
recruitment or the recruitment by the vendor.
Direct recruitment
When the organization recruit the candidates in the direct panel without including any TPA .In
this mode all the mandatory formality of recruiting the candidate are organized within the
organization .it has the many advantages and the disadvantages.
Advantages Weakness
The policy is clear of the organization
as there is direct interaction between
the candidates and the company HR
The policy is transparent and clear
The whole process is tedious and hectic
as it consumes a lot of time in
manipulating the whole things.
Third Party recruitment
The vendor recruitment or third party recruitment is also common in the many organization .It
has also many strength and weakness,
Advantages Weakness
It is not tedious and hectic.
It takes not much time
The policy of the organization is not
clear in that scenario as the interaction
is not direct with the organization HR.
it is done via third source (Armstrong
& Armstrong, 2012)
The innovation method cannot be
carried out as most of the third party
restricts the fresher resource the fresher
pool can sometimes be the reservoir of
