Human resource is the human working in an organization or firm as the base of the organization.
So the employees and workers in a company are their human resource where managing these
resource in such an effective way to have them working the most effectively for the development
of both the company and employee is called human resource management. I am a currently
involved with a hospitality organization- burger king where I am to write a report on the current
situation of the company on human resource with the view to improving it.
