Introduction
Human resource is the human working in an organization or firm as the base of the organization.
So the employees and workers in a company are their human resource where managing these
resource in such an effective way to have them working the most effectively for the development
of both the company and employee is called human resource management. I am a currently
involved with a hospitality organization- burger king where I am to write a report on the current
situation of the company on human resource with the view to improving it.

1. Introduction to the report
The report here is about the human resource management which is basically managing the
employees of an organization, here, the burger king for their overall improvement. The report is
about the basics of human resource and its management, here in the organization burger king. A
brief explanation of how HRM works currently within the firm, how it helps the firm to work
more effectively and lead to its development will be given here in the report.
2. Definition and explanation of HRM and work force planning
HRM: HRM stands for the term human resource management. The employees in a company are
their human resource where managing these resource in such an effective way to make the best
use of their talent and having them working the most effectively for the development of both the
company and employee is called human resource management (Bainbridge & others, 2013).

Workforce planning is the human aid in the positions high-quality appropriate for them makes
the pleasant effect of any company. In the company, Burger king, we fee each of
our personnel and their ability and allocate them to the places they would display the high-
quality in. this a very important part of managing the human resource within the company.
3. Explaining the purpose and functions of HRM within Burger king
HRM is the brief term for human resource management, which capability to manipulate the
people, the worker working in and for an organization or agency in such a way that they can
be more useful for the success and standard development of the enterprise or company.
