IntroductionHuman resource is the human working in an organization or firm as the base of the organization.So the employees and workers in a company are their human resource where managing theseresource in such an effective way to have them working the most effectively for the developmentof both the company and employee is called human resource management. I am a currentlyinvolved with a hospitality organization- burger king where I am to write a report on the currentsituation of the company on human resource with the view to improving it.
