ABSTRACTFrom the above study it is found that, organization is facing a high employee turnoverwhich is a major drawback for Leah's bakery as it increases cost for enterprise without increasingin revenue and profit. Leah is working quite hard to improve the performance and productivityfor business corporate but bakery is going in a phase where it is less profitable than expected.Enterprise has various positions which require talented and multi skilled employees. But Leahhas employed almost 240 employees in these 2 years but no has existed till date. This is becauseemployees are facing problem likes dissatisfaction, lack in recognition, low salary and benefits,superior subordinate relationship and many others. In order to improve the functioning, Leah can undertake proper recruitment and selectiontechnique which will help her to identify talented personnel from the mass of candidates. Further,effective training and development program will help candidate to know the operations ofbusiness corporate. Motivational theories like Herzberg and ERG will help Leah to motivateemployees who will help candidate to achieve their individuals and organizational goals.Rewards can be given to human resource that will motivate them to perform their best andprovide productive result for corporate.
