HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS
Introduction
The aim of this report is to discuss the process on which the development of
TeachInspire will be enhanced on the basis of the Project Dawn based on the merger of two
major global non-profit based organizations named, Educate and Global Teach Foundation.
The major focus of the organization that has been formed as a result of the merger is based on
the funding, research and expertise consultation based activities that are performed in the
field of Education (AlKerdawy, 2016). The organization also offers services like, the
development of effective teaching practices and proper management of the educational
standards and the examinations that are performed in the UK and in different international
locations as well (Albrecht et al., 2015). The organization has employed the more than 9000
employees in different parts of the world. The huge network of the volunteers and the global
partners are able to play a major role in the ways by which different types of activities are
performed in order to provide education based facilities to the consumers (Al-Emadi,
Schwabenland & Wei, 2015). The merger has been able to play a major role in the
development of the operations of TeachInspire in the industry. The boards of the
organizations have the target of achieving enhanced levels of opportunities in order to
provide the targeted services to the consumers (Banfield, Kay & Royles, 2018).
As discussed by Bratton & Gold (2017), the efficiency levels have been increased
based on the resources and funding that have been developed by the organization.
TeachInspire has currently developed a strategic change based programme that is focussed on
the ways by which business transformation can be achieved. The change programme has been
named as Project Dawn. Different issues that have been targeted by the organization with the
help of the strategic change programme mainly include different aspects like, customers,
processes, communications and people (Brewster, Chung & Sparrow, 2016). The Project has

been led by the Global Tech Foundation Chief Executive Ian Perry who has played the role of
an interim CEO for the organization named TeachInspire until the development of
organizational structure has been implemented. The levels of combined income of the
organization has increased in a huge manner due to the ways by which the resources of both
the companies have been used in an effective manner (Brewster et al., 2016).
Educate is a non-profit based organization that had started its operations in the
industry around 150 years ago. The organization supports in providing designs and delivers
assessments to more than eight million learners in different parts of the world. The research
based capability that has been developed by the organization is considered to be a major
aspect related to effective organizations operations. The research capability of Educate has
been developed in Asia and Europe (Ceric et al., 2016).
Global Tech Foundation or GTF is another major non-profit based organization that
had been established in the year 2004 by Ian Perry. The major activities that have been
performed by the company mainly include, promoting the levels of literacy, effective
teaching and learning. GTF mainly operates with the help of many collaborations with
various non-profits, business organizations and learners. The organization thereby aims at
proper improvement of the innovation in the operations, sharing the workable solutions and
the development of good practices as well (Chowhan, Pries & Mann, 2017).
The report will be based on the analysis of the Project named “Project Dawn” that is
based on the implementation of strategic change in the organization. The analysis will be
related to the ways by which the project can be developed in a successful manner. The
recommendations and implementation plan will be provided to the organization based on the

Demand for well-educated population for competing in the global market is creating
pressure on the organization to fulfil this demand
Political instabilities and need for stringent policies as well as practices for the
organizations working internationally for meeting the local requirements
Creation of local talents is a challenge to replace the expatriate employees.
Achieving staff safety according to the standards of security in the regions.
Along with the overall problems of the operation of the organization, the Project
Dawn has developed several new challenges which need to be transformed into strength of
the organization. These 4 key areas to address are strategic directions, structure, clients and
partners and financial stability. In this project problems related to performance by the ways
by which the organization is able to maintain its position in order to bridge the gap between
the demands of the organizations in both HR and business, are needed to be discussed. Here
the students are considered to be the clients of the organization mainly belong to different
backgrounds. This is the reason why the HR managers need to be provide major levels of
support to the employees so that they can receive effective training based on services that
need to be performed.
Lack of proper access to the resources that have been gained in their operations in the
industry. The effective implementation of skills and development of resources is thereby
considered to be the most significant aspect related to the operations that are maintained in
the industry. Incapability of the organization for keeping the clients informed to maintain the
market share and increase stakeholders and partner engagement level. Due to the inability to
cope up with the financial problems for lacking fund the program has been facing issues in
balancing the long term stability with the short term focusing the ongoing services, funding
and cost constraints.
