Position Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Director of Operations
Responsibilities: The candidate is responsible to carryout smooth process and bring
efficiency in the workplace. The general responsibilities and task of
Administrative Assistant are:
 Answer to the direct calls and handle the calls in the most
appropriate manner and maintaining contact list.
 Scheduling and Organizing meeting and appointments.
 Producing and maintaining faxes, memos and letters of the
company.
 Maintaining files and preparing documents for business trips
and meetings.
 Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records.
 Directing and greeting the new visitors and staff to the
organization.
 Making orders and keeping required suppliers for office works.
 Resolving the administrative problems.
In overall contributing towards team effort and getting appropriate
results.
Qualification Bachelor in Business Administration

Experience 1-2 year experience
Skills Sets Proficiency in Microsoft Office
