This help organisation to make work force, which is capableand aware about the job roles and responsibilities which they have to perform. It is veryimportant for manager of M&S to hire employees with proper set of skills, so that theycan help in achieving their goals and objectives in effective manner(Brewster, Brookesand Gollan, 2015).Purpose of HRM functions along with their roles and responsibilitiesMaintaining effective employee relations– The main purpose of HRM functions is tomaintain effective relations among the employee in order to reduces conflicts as well asaid the employees to work more efficiently.
