During the week 9, I got the opportunity to study the human resource management which is
the binding force which helps in the total business management of the organization as the
motive of HR is to maximize the productivity level of the employees who are enrolled with
the company. As the human resource management is concerned with the advancement of both
the individuals and the company in which it is operating and doing their task which has been
assigned to them by the company.
