Human resource
The human resource is the selected issue for the selected business area. The human resource is
the concept and the field of area with people which creates the strong organizational force. This
sectioning of the organization that is about the findings, screening, hiring and the training of the
job applicants. This is used in doing the descriptive analysis of the workers who are currently
working in the company.

Reflection
During the week 9, I got the opportunity to study the human resource management which is
the binding force which helps in the total business management of the organization as the
motive of HR is to maximize the productivity level of the employees who are enrolled with
the company. As the human resource management is concerned with the advancement of both
the individuals and the company in which it is operating and doing their task which has been
assigned to them by the company.
