This reportexplains the purpose of Human Resource Management and the functions of it that includesplanning, staffing, organising and controlling. This report also explains the strength andweakness of the selection method that is being used by the company and having the personspecification for the role of receptionist (Alftan and et.al., 2015).TASK 1a. Purpose of this department function and importanceHuman Resource PurposePurpose of the human resource department is to maintain the number of needs for theemployees of the company.
