I am writing to you to express my desire in the position of a construction project manager
advertised on LinkedIn on 20th February 2020.Based on the description for the desired candidate
for the vacant position, it aligns with my deep interest in the construction field. Besides, I am
also convinced beyond any reasonable doubt that working as a project manager for your client
will provide me with a special opportunity to help your organization meet its construction related
goals within specified timelines and allocated resources. Additionally, I look forward to using

I am presently pursuing Business Management and Entrepreneurship course at Algonquin
College. Besides, I am a self-motivated person with proven collaborative and leadership abilities

.I am also a problem solver full of new and fresh ideas. I also believe that multiple class activities
and topics covered have also equipped me with skills and experience relevant to the position.
Besides, I am also passionate about the role played by the construction industry which I believe
will be vital guide in the implementation of my responsibilities as a project manager for your
client. I also bring exemplary written and communication skills which are quite important in
building a lasting relationships with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers clients and other
stakeholders. I have also led successful teams previously which has significantly helped me to
become and effective leader. Therefore, in addition to my ability to maintain positive
relationships with stakeholders, I will also offer exemplary leadership to the project team. Being
a dynamic and open-minded person, I am certain that my ability to consider input from other
players will make it much easier to realize the goals for various projects. My exceptional creative
ability and proficiency in MS Office will also make me a valuable asset for your client’s
organization. I am also convinced that my ability to follow work principles and guidelines will
enhance the completion of projects in time and within scope. Finally, it’s a fact that accurate
estimation of materials and sourcing of appropriate equipment for a project play a vital role in its
failure or success. Having learnt about the critical aspects of management, I am confident that I
will make a remarkable input in the organization’s future projects.
