31HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Is it a smart goal? Explain the reason behind it
The task given to Rhea is to complete the membership mail out on time. Considering the fact that she has been
given a stipulated time to complete her task and a specific goal of the organization is working behind the task,
the task given to Rhea can be considered as a SMART Goal.
A smart goal is used or helping the management to set specific goals. The term SMART is defined as an
acronym that stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic as well as Timely. In the given task the
manager has provided a specific instruction to Rhea which points out that the task is Specific. Since the total
number of mails completed can be counted the gal is also measurable and realistic. The task is realistic and
achievable since it has been done by employees a number of times. Finally, since the task needs to be submitted
within a specific deadline, the task is timely.
Satisfactory Not satisfactory
Question 2
How does the goal of Rhea is associated with the goal of the association. The goal of the sports
company is to build effective relationship with the client
The professional goal of Rhea is to compose effective mailout that will be able to attract the target
consumers towards the organization. Considering the fact that the chief target of the mentioned
organization is to build an effective relationship with the client, achieving he professional target of
Rhea will eventually result in achievement of the target of the clients of the organization.

enhance the efficiency of the same. Hence they does not only possess the potential to help Rhea to get
started but can olso provide thorough guidance of how she can organize the task in an efficient way.
Satisfactory Not satisfactory
Question 4
What are the steps that need to be followed by Rhea in order to organize her work in a proper way?
The first thing that Rhea should do is to plan the steps that she will be following in order to complete

Comments:
Amenda Armstrong currently holds the current TAE qualification s trialled this assessment tool.
She completed the tool as if he was a student (student perspective) and also completed the quality
review check.
According to her, the assessment instruments are well set. However, the effectiveness of the
assignment would have increased if atleast 2 to 3 questions are added in both assignment 1 and 2.
She also added that the assessment lack practical activities which in turn has the potential to
enhance the knowledge of the learner’s in a better way.
Amended assessment plans
If the assessment plan was amended based on feedback received, please specify into the
following space the specific changes that were made.
If no changes were required based on feedback from your colleague, please state “no changes
