INTRODUCTIONThis report contain a detail information about service sector. Present report contain aprogramme related with individual learning styles. What qualities should be developed in theemployees by making development programme for them and how to evaluate the results of thetraining plan. How government can take apart in increasing the level of services of serviceindustry by providing help(Guest, 2011). HSBC can apply all the given suggestions under thisreport in their day to day operations to provide satisfactory services to a large number ofcustomers. If a training programme is made for quality development of employees than how toevaluate the results of the programme. Present report contain all the information related with theHSBC bank.TASK 11.1 Training programme with different learning stylesThe term learning style refers to as the different style of learning of each and everyindividual person. Each and every person learn differently like their understandings are differentin nature. An individual learning style depends on the cognitive, emotional and environmentalfactors as well as one prior experience. It is an important factor for an educators to taught eachand every person according to its ability so that they can give best result with the help of suchstrategies implementation. The induction programme for each and every company helps in theunderstanding of the company very well. It helps in defining the organisational policies,guidelines and rues which are helpful in making the better understanding. The main reason behind the conducting of the training session is just to improve the skillsof an individual. They get learn several things by using learning techniques. Their style , skillsand learning have to get developed by the cited organisation(Fee, 2014).
