manager continue to evolve the specific demands of fast-growing enterprise. The promise of

It was great thing to realise the competitive benefits and enhancing the positive culture or
environment.
In the Crown plaza, HR function has been rapidly changing over the years. The business
is realigning with role of Human resources so that they can easily manage and grow their
business effectively. The crown plaza has decided that continuously growing business and
establish a strong coordination with internal resources, focused on the more time on various
strategic issues. Whenever HR manager deals with contemporary issues in the crown plaza and
facing problem in motivation, leadership development, selection & recruitment, corporate

culture. Being HR, there are lot of responsibilities to address uncertain issues which has become
a continual as well as time-consuming process.
The contemporary challenges associated with HRM, which typically do not have required
HR department to reply on the same situation. It is limited to be part of HR person and

The contemporary issues are forcing human resources department regarding the business

essential for the company. This is because there is high uncertainty in the life of the employees

employer to provide for their family and themselves, the employer who provide the suitability
will be able to retain its employees in the company. The Crowne Plaza Hotels have various sort
of employees who are wholly dependent on the company and give their most of the time to the
company. It is because the labour, managers and various employees working in the organization
are living in the accommodation provided by the hotel. There are various types of employees in
the company such as who work for money and those who provide additional effort for the growth
of the company if they take care of those employees (van Harten, and et.al., 2020).
This help the employees in the emergency situation where they are not able to meet the
finance part of their needs. It is the most important part which is considered by the human
resource manager as it will increase the efficiency of the employees. If the employees feel like
