Human resource management is the process of managing staff
and employees for the accomplishment of their desired
results. These functions are performed by the HR manager.
There is a huge importance of all these functions in
development of company and the skills of employees.

Purpose and role of HR manager
Workforce planning is the process of identification of needs
of employees and staff members as per the size, type,
experience, skills, etc. So, they can effectively achieve
their targets. This also includes the determination of
internal and external factors which have an adverse
impact on functions.
