INTRODUCTIONHuman resource management is one of the important concept for every organization becauseit helps in managing all the activities in most effective manner. Along with this it also defines various policies and strategies whichhelps in managing operation activities within the organization. Present report discussed aboutApple Inc. which is biggest multinational company that provide hardware products to theircustomers. This report includes various methods and techniques which is use by the company tomanage the better relations among all the employees. Along with this advantage of HRMpractice is also mentioned in this project.
