Agrodome offers a diverse range of exhilarating experience for adventurous travelers of all
ages.
We organize farm show with the talented animals, days’ shows, coach camping tours,
Visiting Farmyard Nursery, Woollen Mill and Shearing Museum and shows.
Being a farm guide, you will be responsible for leading up to 10-15 guest at a time while
Farm show to deliver the experience of a lifetime. The candidate should be creative in
creating the magical experiences and services to promote the services.

Taking guest on visiting on Farm Show, Museum
Explaining the information about Plants, animals

Zealand, Brazil, Mexico, Nigeria, Hong Kong Indonesia, Kenya, Bangladesh, Vietnam,
Thailand, Malaysia, South Africa, Philippines and Singapore. Seek connects with over 4 billion
people and which is greater than 30% of Global GDP. It was established in the year 1997 (Seek,
2019).
This website or portal is mainly used for professional networking for employers and candidates
in order to hire or to seek the jobs by posting their resume. It has been evaluated that the 4 billion
of people registered or posted their resume to connect people for employment with the
percentage of 30%. It helps the members to generate their profiles and make connections to each
other in social network that shows the professional world in real life. People who are registered
at the portal called members. Members can easily invite anyone to become a connection with the

the job as per their profession. Companies can easily post their advertisement on this portal to
hire the perfect candidate as per their requirements and the candidates are also send the request
as per their interest and profession in their resume. It is a right choice for the Agrodome to hire
the farm guide by posting the advertisement on it.

2. Employment Contract
Hi,
We are pleased to offer you employment at the position of Farm Guide at Agrodome. The rate of
pay for your position will be $28per hour and you have to give 6 hours. But first two days, you
have to attend the programs due to which you have to give 8 hours. This offer is for employment
that carries no specific service obligation. Your performance, salary, and responsibilities will be
reviewed at the end of 3 months.
You would be entitled to the Performance Linked Incentive which is based on extra time or
urgent works. The performance-related incentive will be payable taking into account the
performance of the organization and employee during the period under consideration as decided
by the Reporting Manager/ the Management.
This offer is subject to your entering into our intervention of confidentiality and Non-
Competence Agreement (Key Service Agreement). Once you accept the offer you would be
required to operate within Agrodome management and procedures.
Further, you shall be eligible for leaves and other benefits pursuant to Company's Policies, as
amended from time to time.
