INTRODUCTIONHuman Resource management is the process that tells how company manages theemployees of a particular organization. The name human resources suggests that there is propercontrolling, motivation, training and directing the company that is the main aspect of thecompany that is PRIMARK that will help in the process of increase in number of employees andwill create a better relationship building with the employees and it will help in generating thehuman resource management more effective and it also helps in creating a better and healthyenvironment that will create a better and smooth running of the organization and hence it willcreate less conflict in the organization (Hendry, 2012). The questions that are formed tells aboutthe difference in personal and human resource management and also creates a functions ofhuman resource management and also tells about the roles and responsibilities of managers thatare the main function.TASK-11.1 Distinguish between Personal management and Human Resource ManagementPersonal management is the process that create an function of managing oneself that will help inpersonal growth as well as and by this the person will be disciplined and it will help the person todo the work effectively and efficiently that will help in organizational growth as well. It willcreate a positive effect in organization and more advantages the employee can get that will makethe career growth of employee and will create a better outcome for the growth of PRIMARK andthe company will create better images in society. Human Resource Management is the process inwhich the company does the management activities of humans by doing motivation, directing,controlling and many more that will help in creating the healthy organization and also helps inresolving the problems of employees that they are facing that are the main functions of everyorganization and by this it creates a better relationship with colleagues that are working in theorganization. Human Resources creates a better coordination of employees and solving theproblems that employees and also creates an incentives and benefits that employees want tomake companies to grow.

1.2 Assess the main functions of Human Resource Management contributing inorganization purpose.The main functions of Human Resource Management that creates organizational purposeis recruitment, training, legal compliance, compensation, all these are the main functions thatwill help in creating increase in organizational growth and also helps in creating the the healthyenvironment in the organization that is PRIMARK that will create a better relationship buildingwithin employers and employees as well as higher officials that will help in forming a betteradvantages and also fulfil the needs of employees and it can help in motivating them and hencework will be done effectively and efficiently and organization goals could achieved easily. HRMis the main part of organization that works as a backbone for each and every organization tosurvive and will help in resolving the issues of employees and the basic functions that human resources play (Armstrong, 2014). HRM is also significant that will help in motivating theemployees so that the work can flow in systematic manner and also creates a better tool wherethey organise a better tool that are more effective for the growth of employees. HRM creates afunction of seeing the leave applications of employees.1.3 Role and responsibilities of line managers in human resource managementLine managers are the higher authority of the organization and the employees have toreport them. Line managers direct and guide a group of employees that can help in motivatingthem and the work will go effectively and goals of company that is PRIMARK would beachieved easily that are the main aspect of every organization. This can help in the growth of theorganization and provide better opportunities to employees. Roles and responsibilities of linemanagers is that line managers guide the employees, line managers also takes decision for theteams that are beneficial for companies growth, line managers create a meeting with employeesfor the growth of the company, line managers also give suggestions that are beneficial for thegrowth of company (Boxall, 2012). The responsibilities of line managers is to create an update ofemployees how the work is going, motivation and guiding employees. Line managers alsocreates a basic function of advising about the rules and regulations so that the work in theorganization flows systematically without any error and there is positive environment in theworkplace and there is no conflict between the employees working there .
