Summary of Facts
Prince Faisal bin Turki bin Nasser Al-Saud (prince) belongs to royal family living in his
residence of Mclean, Virginia give the contract of their security to Capital International Security
Inc. Five agents who were working for the company looking over the security of the prince they
claimed that the company is not paying their overtime payment. The working hours of an agent
were decided for 12 hours their post was set on the main gate where they have to look over
monitors connected to cameras. They have to maintain a record of every person who arrives or
depart to the residence of the prince. Agents were responsible for the security of the prince and
his family on their arrival and departure. Including of all these works agents who were on duty
they also have to examine vehicles are fueled properly, they are washed or not. The company
Capital international security Inc. was managed by the person who was a long term driver and
travel agent of the prince, the name of a person was Sammy Hebri. The main purpose of Sammy
to form the company was to get a contract of security for the prince as because he was aware of
the cancellation of the contract of other companies and the reason behind them. Sammy was
aware of all activities of prince hence he decided to form the company. Later on, five of the
agents who were working for his company put a claim on him that they are not getting paid for
overtime work which they are performing. Complainant Douglas Schultz, Anthony Phiniezy,
Melissa Lopes, Steven Rowe, and Jared Baker who were personal protection agents and licensed
by Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services. According to act Va.Code Ann. § 9.1-138
an individual who has license certified by the VDCJS they can provide their services legally to a
person who has a risk of bodily harm, rather than this none of those five complainants have any
additional certificate by which they can start their own security business. After so many dates
given by the district courts and on the basis of proofs the judgment was announced in favor of
