In addition, there can be extrinsic rewards such as praise along with internal
satisfaction such as helping them in understanding the tasks which are performed by them as
it can enhance their effectiveness while performing the tasks and solve the queries
appropriately which will help them in saving times in their growth and it will be suitable for
the prospects related to growth. There should be appropriate training procedures as it will be
suitable for managing the effectiveness and reward for the attitude should be given which will
be beneficial in understanding the efficiency in understanding the tasks and its importance.
Conclusion
Therefore, it can be concluded that there are different kinds of aspects and platforms
which can be provided to the different students and the professors working in the different
universities in Australia to understand their viewpoints on measuring the level of satisfaction
and it can be playing a suitable role in gaining competitiveness in the market which is
