Human resource management plays vital role in an organisation in order to includes
various functions such as recruiting, training, staffing and orientation which are help to
achieving organisational goal and objectives. In relevance to Westonwich District Council, it is
process which refers to most of organisation establishing effectively and efficiently in order to
gaining competitive advantages as well as enhancing profitability and productivity of company.
Due to changes in an economy organisation faces so many problems because in present
environment changes very first which refers to HR manager of company accordingly making
improvements in HRM practices and arises so many issues (Al-Tit, 2016). On the basis of case
study they are various kind of changes such as tax collection, refuse collection and recycling,
administration of housing benefit, and they are restriction on recruitment so this kind of situation
organisation have facing challenges and issues. On the basis of survey which are conducted by
employees so they carter various challenges and issues in HRM process so this challenges which
are discussed below.

to focusing towards HR professional training and development which refers to it is first key
issues and challenges in order to organisations not conducting proper training programmes for
employees in order to they cannot perform in effectively and efficiently. HR department plays
