In thisreport include purpose and functions of human resource management and different approach ofrecruitment and selection process and its advantage and disadvantages. In this covered benefitsof different HRM practices and importance of employee relation in the organisation(Al Ariss,Cascio and Paauwe, 2014). In this also includes key elements of employee legislation and personspecification and job advertisement.TASK 1P1.purpose and function of human resource management:Overview of the organisation:M&S was founded in 1884 by Thomas Spencer and Michel Marks.
