Objective and research question
The primary objective of this particular paper is to find out the employability skills
that are required in a Healthcare industry organisation and what medical service vertical
would it impact on. The research questions that have been formed in this particular paper is
about the Healthcare industry and the employability skills required for the organisations
based on the services. The research question point out the reliability of service in industry and
the requirement of the people. It further elaborates the findings based on the study of various
medical organisations to find out there ongoing activities about human resource
employability.
Method
The method of research utilised in this paper has been the methodological process of
searching, classifying, and filtering the research paper after the review of 105 relatable
papers. It has all been conducted by using the keywords related to Healthcare industry and
employability and the people that are considered in this case are all published on or before
2016 December. The filtration procedure is applied to remove the paper that were not
relevant to the employability skills in healthcare industry as a primary concept and then all
the review papers have been sorted according their findings with citations provided for each
text taken from the papers.

Findings and discussion
The findings of this paper was all based on the 25 research paper reviewed which
brought about information regarding the communication skill, Information and
Communication Technology skill, what psychology skill, teamwork skill, interpersonal skill,
critical thinking as well as problem solving skill, self-management skill, planning and
organising skill and conceptual analytical skill that the human resource Department should
take up for enabling employment within the human resource industry.
Conclusion
Therefore according to this paper the main conclusions included the organisations in
Healthcare industry and the requirement of skilful people with all the employability abilities
that are required to hire the best human resources possible for the Healthcare industry. The
paper describes how important it is to acquire the best talent available in such cut throat
competition in the market regarding the employee activities. This specifically brings about
the employability skills and their requirement in the Human Resource Department for not just
performing the job but also realising the human resource to be one of the form factors of the
business that would affect the patients both in frontend and backend. This is why they need to
analyse a person clearly before hiring them because it will result into the impact of the
services provided to the patients and their families.
How this article would contribute to the essay
This particular paper has a lot of relevance regarding the latest changing business
structure and the requirement of the people in the Healthcare industry to change their ways
for or hiring skilful employees within the organisation as well appropriate to the requirement
of the customers.
