INTRODUCTION
Human resources defined as the set of the people who make their workforce for
organization, industry, business sector. It is also known as manpower concept of human capital,
along with the knowledge where individuals include labour, simple people, personnel or
associates in the business (Son and et.al., 2020). Hennes and Mauritz (H&M) is multinational
clothing retailing company which is known as fashion clothing for women, men and children. It
is second largest global which operates in various Asian countries clothing retailer beyond the
various other fashion retailing organization (Changes in H&M from 2005 to 2010 Report, 2020).
The company also provides its online shopping across the various countries. This report explains
about value that have been created by the business while by using HR strategies along with the
concepts of strategies. Furthermore, the impact of regional and national culture on the practice of
HRM and organization used model of employment at different levels for creating value. Also
explain about storey’s 27 points in taking difference between HRM and personnel managements
and being practices used by various countries. Moreover, analyse the hiring and firing
importance at local culture and also that might be need to take practices at
transnational/international level. This report evaluates about the different terms of employment
laws when they have changes business from international to local culture, also make the use of
corporate example with good HR practices. At last given the recommendation or suggestion in
making the employers regarding HRM practices ensuring about organizational high
performance.

HR strategies in the organization have their main purpose for developing their company
goals and make their employee satisfied. This can be done while by using various types of
strategies such as:

High performance in H&M have their main motive for keeping their employee high
performance working as they might have aim for working to make an impact on performance
such as quality, levels of customer, growth and profits (Ritz, Vandenabeele and Vogel, 2021).
