How is the world of business and work adapting to this new reality?
The world of business had been staying pretty much the monotonous world referring
to the century right after the industrial revolution took place, however stating the fact that it is
never going to happen again. Following the rate that is being followed by the technology
exponentially in getting developed, mutated as well as adapted at such a fast pace can be
swept away with the progress similar to a tidal wave (Laudon and Traver, 2016). This takes
into account every single individual, whether ready or not.
It shall not be thought that the progress has been made in a rapid manner, only if time
is taken back five years ago then it shall be noted that the changes that have occurred will
take the form of a shock to every human being existing (Kandachar and Halme, 2017). The
following changes would have been visible if time would have travelled five years back.
These are,
 Social media platforms undergoing struggle to have a specific integration with that of
the consumerism.
 Mobile phones being utilized only for the general usage rather than being utilized to
