approach towards people management within the organization in an
efficient and effective manner, so competitive advantage can be
gained by business.
The aim of this strategic approach is to obtain higher performance
from employees for the attainment of organizational objectives.
The presentation is based on case study analysis with reference to
TULIP, an online clothing retailer based in United Kingdom.
The analysis will revolve around nature and context of problems
faced by business, the reason of their being a problem for business
and how it might affect the future plans of the business , the
level of management in considering and making decisions with
regard to identified problems and issues.
