Human Resource is essential to organisation and playing a important
part in myriad areas and doing work for the people of the
organisation. The main role of HR is to prepare a strategic planning
and improve the organisation brand image. Human resource
responsible to manage the employees experience through various
workforce planning. Human resource can create more value and also
contribute in the success of the organisation.

permanent staff of the organisation.

 It is consider as the power that provide the employees so that

employees so that they can able to take decision by their own and

task at their own level and risk so that they can work own their
style and responsible for success and failure by their own.
