In the responses to the increasing growth of the transportation and the emission of greenhouse gases, policymakers and the government are considering ways that can reverse the trend. To increase the effectiveness of the policies, they switch to the ways that control emission from the sector of transportation normally utilize means that are not direct to reduce gas emission. Like acquiring specific improvements of the technologies and increase of the efficiency of the fuel.
