hybrid system are power of system that combine the photovoltaic system with another energy
source (Kaewkungwal and Adams,., 2019). As the Roof top ventilator work on the principle
of natural connection where thee ventilator absorb the warm air in building and throws it to
the outside of the building, then the building that create inside temperature and humidity are
not high. The procedure of Hybrid energy solution means through better combining a
renewable energy source of such as solar and wind on flexible conventional energy. Hybrid
Power Generation work through very effectively through optimise electric and solar
appliances within effective manner. Through this practise Hybrid Solar System work
efficiently to reduce waste on under certain condition. Hybrid solar systems work efficiently
in all types of conditions without wasting the fuel. There are number of devices which can
connect to the hybrid solar energy system is limited and vary from system to system. Along
with advantages and disadvantages the hybrid solar energy system are becoming popular
around towards for homes and offices effectively.

infrastructure group in the united kingdom with having capabilities in construction services to

This study is based on Hybrid Powe Generation that is having important for

about impact on Solar Ventilator and mechanism. The main purpose of considering this study
is for measuring about Power Generation influence the Solar ventilator as well as it can
creates benefits or challenges regarding with better infrastructure. By constructing three
objective in literature which will use to provide secondary form of data in detailed manner.
As the study is on Balfour Beatty plc in determining the role that eco-friendly initiatives play
in decision making of consumers while selecting infrastructure company.

As Data Collection is well defined about method through which researcher can gather
data. There are two ways through which data can be gathered. These is help to including to
including the primary and secondary. For the description of primary data is collection of fresh
data which will be collected as own sources or efforts such as interview, questionnaire,
Survey etc. Secondary Data is based on gathering data through those sources on which its is
collected before.
At the situation of investigation researcher has been consider both primary and secondary
method where primary method is used for making questionnaire as overall data is collected
through quantitative method. And Secondary data is used for formulate literature review to
creates information within related topic through using books, articles and journals published
previously.
Data Analysis/ Finding Technique: Researcher is using Questionnaire tool to generate
survey for making information as findings in form of graphical representation.
Sampling Method
Sampling process researcher which is used to select sample from large population. It
can be done by using probability and nonprobability sampling method. This study makes use
of simple random probability sampling in which the sample is collected on random basis
where the probability of each individual of being selected is equal (Wan., Gong and Bai,.,
2019). Use of this method ensure elimination of biasness from the study.
For this research the using of Simple Random sampling, it is type of probability
sampling in which he researcher randomly selects a subset of participants from population.
Each member of the population which has an equal chance of being selected. Through which
data collection is from large as percentage as possible as random subset. The reason to select
Simple Random Sampling is because this utilised to cull a smaller sample size from larger

population and use it to make researcher for make generalisation towards the larger groups.
The benefit or merit of simple random sampling is it includes flexible use of to accurate
representation towards larger population.
Instrument Used: The tool which is using to finding data information is Questionnaire
where the sample size is 30 respondent from Balfour Beatty plc.
Resources / Restraints / Limitations
The resources and some ethical consideration were follows to during conducting the research
while there was limitation to not sharing internal information public platform such as social
media, news paper or other domain. Some of the shortcoming restriction were there which
can not be handle through researcher such as smaller sample size, limited respondent, tools or
resources like stationary, expenses for conveyance, collection of information would be in
limit range etc. The resource which use in this research is Questionnaire, while using this tool
there were many challenges which faces through like less interest of employees or
respondent, some are comfortable to share their view etc. The usage of resources where in
limited range is to only avoid additional expenses (Wu, Rezvani and Mohajeryami, 2019).
Before conducting the research ethical consideration form provide to respondent which
highlight that whatever the information is using in this research it would not be disclose or
not be share other purpose use. Thus, the only objective is to using Questionnaire format for
research documentation. Further more there were some assumption which undertake during
research that assumption which are used it can be true or might be moderate. After
completion of research process researcher and peers one come discuss their thesis and
queries.
