source (Kaewkungwal and Adams,., 2019). As the Roof top ventilator work on the principle
of natural connection where thee ventilator absorb the warm air in building and throws it to
the outside of the building, then the building that create inside temperature and humidity are
not high. The procedure of Hybrid energy solution means through better combining a
renewable energy source of such as solar and wind on flexible conventional energy. Hybrid
Power Generation work through very effectively through optimise electric and solar
appliances within effective manner. Through this practise Hybrid Solar System work
efficiently to reduce waste on under certain condition. Hybrid solar systems work efficiently
in all types of conditions without wasting the fuel. There are number of devices which can
connect to the hybrid solar energy system is limited and vary from system to system. Along
with advantages and disadvantages the hybrid solar energy system are becoming popular
around towards for homes and offices effectively.
In this the company is consider about Balfour Beatty plc is the British multinational
infrastructure group in the united kingdom with having capabilities in construction services to

For this research the using of Simple Random sampling, it is type of probability
sampling in which he researcher randomly selects a subset of participants from population.

while there was limitation to not sharing internal information public platform such as social
media, news paper or other domain. Some of the shortcoming restriction were there which
can not be handle through researcher such as smaller sample size, limited respondent, tools or
resources like stationary, expenses for conveyance, collection of information would be in
limit range etc. The resource which use in this research is Questionnaire, while using this tool
there were many challenges which faces through like less interest of employees or
respondent, some are comfortable to share their view etc. The usage of resources where in
limited range is to only avoid additional expenses (Wu, Rezvani and Mohajeryami, 2019).
Before conducting the research ethical consideration form provide to respondent which
highlight that whatever the information is using in this research it would not be disclose or
not be share other purpose use. Thus, the only objective is to using Questionnaire format for
research documentation. Further more there were some assumption which undertake during
research that assumption which are used it can be true or might be moderate. After
