1.0 Introduction
In this contemporary era, the needs of advanced technology have increased tremendously. In
this context, Mr. Brown along with Mr. Smith will about to start a new business regarding
small electronic device, which help to boost Wi-Fi network on the surrounding location. The
organization will be started as a collaborative venture of Mr. Brown along with Mr. Smith.
The organization will be known as ‘Hyper Network’. The organization will make Wi-Fi
booster devices to boost the Wi-Fi network on the location of UK. Hyper Network is about to
start its operations on the upcoming years in the operating market of UK.
2.0 Business Idea
Business plan is one of the relevant aspects that are excessively required to operate an
organization. In that case, the idea of the business should be authentic and adequate
(Motoyama and Knowlton, 2017). On the basis of that, in the case of ‘Hyper Network’, it is
not an exceptional matter. Mr. Brown and Mr. Smith should make an equivalent business
idea to operate the business successfully in the operating market of UK. Within this context,
several ideas are needed to be adopted before start the company in the UK market
(Brinckmann and Kim, 2015). These are as follows:
1. Several types of Wi-Fi connection boosters are to be innovated

In order to successfully run the organization, the owners of Hyper Network should adopt
some relevant business start up plans. The plans are must required to be authentic to run the
organization in the UK market for a long time. In that case, the owners must choose an

adequate target market to serve the organizational services. According to the location of UK,
it is one of the developed countries across the world. On the basis of that, Hyper Network can
access its operational services into several governmental and non-governmental
organizations.
On the other hand, to attract the attention of the people, the organization should promote its
products amid the people of UK through several social media. Simultaneously, to make an
emotional attachment with the customers, the organization will serve the customers free of
cost for first six month from the date of purchase (Abrahamsson et al., 2017).
4.0 Business Location
Business location is one of the significant aspects to run an organization in the market for a
long-term (Dunning, 2012). Therefore, it is one of the mandatory components for both Mr.
Brown and Smith to choose an adequate location to start their business. In that case, the
owners of Hyper Network have chosen the market of Central London in UK. Being situated
in the heart of the nation, the organization will be able to serve and target more than 8.22
million people. UK is one of the developed countries across the world; therefore, several
types of other organizations and government offices are situated in the nation (Bridge and
O'Neill, 2012). Thus, it is the most adequate place to start the business. It is noted that the
firm will be set up at 8 Devonshire Square, The Spice Building. Further, with a space of
about 10,796 sq ft, the place seems to an ideal choice for setting up the business. In addition
to air conditioning, raised 110mm wired flooring and economical lighting, the building is
capable of powering technological innovations. Further, there is an extra storage room as
well. The management will also be able to build up a safe working environment in this
building by paying a rent of $15,600 per month. On the other hand, the place is surrounded
with most of the governmental offices and other organizations; therefore it is most adequate
place to cover the Wi-Fi network of the surrounded location (Goss, 2015). Moreover, the

Supply management plays a significant role within every organization. The role of supply
chain management is more needed to be focused, when a business is about a start in a new
location (Bruneel et al., 2012). In that case, the owners of Hyper Network will need to choose
the suppliers of the raw materials of their devices very carefully. In the time purchase, the
raw materials are needed to purchase in fewer prices for which the devices can be sold also in
reasonable prices. In that case, the most appropriate suppliers can be chosen from CPC
Farnell, RS Components and Rutronik UK Ltd. The organization is needed to have more than
one supplier for critical situations. On the other hand, Hyper Network will provide delivery of
