Introduction
The purpose of writing the essay is to highlight and describe the invasion of
hyper-palatable food that are contrived in a way that appears to surpass the properties
of traditional food by cumulative fat, sugar, salt flavors and food additives to a high level.
The essay will demonstrate the problems people are facing due to excessive intake to
fast foods. Since, these foods can damage a person’s health the issue must be resolved
by concentrating on the main reasons behind choosing these kinds of foods and
reducing them as much as possible.
Body
i. The first main point: Why people choose fast food?
 These foods are easy and fast to cook
 These foods are cheaper than wholesome foods.
 People with less self-control are the most attracted to these foods.

ii. The second main point: Are the fast foods healthy?
 Fast food products are not cooked properly.
 Even the famous McDonald’s foods can contain harmful chemicals.
