Introduction
Globex Corporation is an Organization that helps in giving various agriculture related solutions

according to the customer needs. They provide reliable services in order to meet the

requirements of the owner. A new marketplace platform is needed by Globex hence they wanted

to make a new online cash with the help of ‘I-Crop”. This is the project that is going to help in

making the website and application that can help in delivering the solution on time. In

Assignment 2 I am going to work upon reflecting the Teamwork and provide the insight over

various different tasks. Further, this Assignment is going to be the work of the three members and

each of us is going to work on a specific tasks and allocated their responsibilities in the beginning

of the project in order to get the better designing. In order to complete this project work; with the

help of my team members I am going to make the website for I-Crop that is going to help in

providing easy transaction between buyers and Growers also it is going to help in providing

ownership to the buyers while payment. This project report is going to help in giving the

description about the I-Crop website. This project is also going to include a Team Charter which

will help in defining the responsibilities along with roles of each team members. It is also going to

improve Communication between team member along with rules. This assignment will also

compromise the reflection of whole project for the Assignment.

Globex Corporation helps various organization by providing various reliable solutions for the

various agricultural corporations and helps in completing the requirements of the Farms also.

Globex Corporation is now looking for their business expansion in other field of business, they

have come up with an idea to expand their business in the Digital Marketing area and they are

planning to create an online platform that can help in transaction between the growers and

buyers. This application is going to be made by Virtucon and going to be name i-Crop, Virtucon is

also going to make the Website for the same. This project is going to show how this is going to be

implemented within the system. This project is going to be helpful for the growers as they can
make an offer for their grains that are grown this season and the buyers can make bids online. The

system that is going to be made by Virtucon is not going to be replacing the older system instead

it is a new system that is going to be helpful for the Globex Corporation. Using this the Globex

Corporation can make bids or sell the grains. It is going to give a feasibility to both buyers and

sellers over a single platform. This product is going to be helpful in enhancing the usability of the

system and increasing the interaction between the buyers and sellers. Also, the Virtucon is going

to make Application and Website, using this they can easily import and export the grains from

anyplace at any time (Zhou, Lu, Fan & Wang, 2016)

This project is going to be made for the Globex Corporation. The main objective that is going to be

achieved with project is to provide a single platform for both buyers and sellers for making offers

and providing bids over seasonal grains. The aim behind the development of the i-Crop website is

that it is going to give several other usability enhancement features that are going to help in

getting better price for their grains this is achieved by setting the initial price of their grains and

the buyers are going to make various offers for the same. Offers are going to be purchased as

soon as some suitable buyer sees it while the bids are going to be listed and the suitable bid made

by the purchaser is going to be sold to them keeping the payment policies.

Communication Strategies:
In order to communicate between the different stakeholders and the team members

several Strategies need to be made:

Daily Meetings in order to get a good grasp over the current work and keep in sync
with the team members

Creating new strategies that can be implemented within the system for better
results

For achieving goals better approaches needs to be created for each team member
Communication with the team members and the clients for the new discoveries
New problem solving during the solution creation
Discussion over various communication platform suggested and then creating the

Previous Work Analysis: Being a Project Manager, I am going to plan the activities within the
project along with managing, coordination and better working of the activities within the

project. I also have to create the project plan, schedule the meetings with the clients and

match up to their expectations also I have to coordinate with the team members for the

proper finishing of the project within the given amount of time. The experience for this

project is mostly positive as we have completed the Project on time along with the correct

usage of the content published on web.

and buyer. Also, it is going to sell and buy using a same platform.

Teamwork Experience
I think I got the best team as they are supporting throughout the project. They were an active

listener and they help in managing various kind of subtasks and I have attained various different

knowledge about various different methods from them. As we were working upon i-Crop Project I

felt that my ability to manage Individual and Team have improved a lot since. Also, I can say that

my ability to think outside of the box has increased very well and by working with them I was able

to find the solution about the problem in much more efficient manner. Also, the solution that I

could find are so distinctive that I was able to find solution about various tools and any situation

that can come across. If I talk about my personal growth, then I have definitely attained many

learning process by attending the meeting that we do on the daily basis. I can also say that I have
