Project Overview:
This project i-Crop is related to the development of an internet-based website along with the
application management system or we can say the mobile application by which the crop
grower and the crop seller both can be interlinked. We are working on behalf of the
Virtucon organisation, to develop the above-mentioned website and mobile application
system. This job has been assigned by the client that is Globex Corporation which has the
background experience of providing virtual Precision to the agriculture field by providing
various types of support to the organisation or person who is related with this field. Since we
are a long-time consultant for Globex Corporation so they have directly headed over the job
of consultancy to us.
Project Description:
The organisation Globex Corporation has been founded in the year 2013 by merging two
great business organisations "BT & Sons Farming Equipment" supplier and the "Riverina
Precision Farming". They are correctly located at various locations of New South Wales in
Australia add is having a background of providing support to the agriculture grower and the
supplier or the sellers. With the new intention to provide further support, the organisation is
planning to implement the project i-Crop. The project should have the primary features to
bring the seller at the growth of the crops closer so that they remained interdependent. By
developing this website, the crop grower can use the platform to book the crop they have
collected in their warehouse in the current season for selling at their own choice of offers.
And at the same time by using this platform the buyer of those crops can also set their limit of

bid along with the capacity or volume of purchase. By using this platform both the Grover at
the buyer can remain competitive and it can benefit both by providing better payment terms
and becoming the preferred buyers in this platform to have better credit. In this whole
process, the client that is Globex Corporation can make their profit by accumulating the
percentage from the transfer of crop ownership and cash transactions. To maintain the quality
of crops, the screening criteria would be to use the crops of current season grains only and no
crops kept in the warehouse from earlier season can be booked or sold through this platform.
