The focus of this project is on developing an online platform “i-Crop” for Globex so that they
are able to improve their present business infrastructure. A website along with mobile
application will be developed for Globex through this project so that the buyers and growers
can be integrated into one platform. This project will help the organization to achieve
efficiency in business performance.

Strategy: The new system will help in strategic planning and decision with the help of
various information that will be collected and stored by the system.
Customer: The development of new system will help to resolve the queries of
customers at a faster rate thus increasing the business efficiency.
Financial: Improvement in financial figures could be achieved through the new
system and it will help to achieve more profits along with revenue generation.
Operational: The operational costs will be reduced with the help of new system and
the business will be able to achieve competitive advantage.
