Introduction:
The project charter is representing the short document which contained information about the
proposal request or new project request. It is a part of project management procedure which
helps to manage Customer Relationship Management and Initiative for Policy Dialogue. It
provides all necessary guideline for the project development. In this report, there is designed a
project charter for an i-crop system which online cash marketplace platform. A virtucon
organization designed I-crop system according to Globex organization requirements. Through
the I-crop system, the organization provides a platform for direct communication in between
buyer and seller. There is designed documentation for I-crop system project charters such as
project Scope, project MOV, project WBS, project Closure and Evaluation, project Risk analysis
& Plan, and Project Quality Management Plan. To succeed the I-crop project purpose, there is
planned the WBS and appropriate project management strategy with risk exploration. It is well-
defined as the aims and objective of the report.
Project Brief:
Virtucon and Globex are two organizations that are working together for a long time. Virtucon
organization provides their service to Globex organization. Both organizations work together to
develop the online cash platform that known as I-crop system. It is a new system which does not
replace the current system. It is a platform for the people who may be seller or buyer. Through
the I-crop, grain seller and buyer are able to communicate directly and manage the grain
warehouse. The platform will be developed in the application and website both format. it is
accessible anytime and anywhere through the smart device with the help of internet services. I-
crop system provides user-friendly interaction in between customer and system. Through this
system, there is increased the crops access. There is needed the internet connectivity to access
the I-crop system. Globex wants a solution in I-crop system which occurred during transaction
process without internet connectivity. I-crop system provides so many features, in addition, the
feature of transactions.

There is defined the impact area which is organized according to their ranking
(Patanakul, Iewwongcharoen, & Milosevic, 2010).
Identify the value
• Better: I_crop is a new system for online cash market platform. This is a new system
without the replacement of the current system. Through this system, Globex
organization will be able to provide a platform for the user to sell and buy their grain
and manage their warehouse of the grain.
• Faster: According to the current condition, Globex organization wants an online
platform which manages their customer at the single platform. They want money
value. So I-crop system will be designed which access through mobile application
and website. It supports remote location access of the system. It provides a faster
market for the grain. There is also manage the online transaction and warehoused
grain

• the system will be connected with 75 % customer ( who connected with the starting phase
of the system) after the 2 year

Summary of MOV:
I-Crop system is known as online cash marketplace system that developed by the Virtucon
organization for their client such Globex organization. It provides profit for with both
organizations. It is an online system which accesses through the internet service. It is a
responsive system which runs on smart devices (mobile phones, Tablets, notebooks and
desktop).
Through I-crop system, Globex organization brings their buyer and seller on the single platform
to sell and buy the grain and other crops. It provides bids, sessional crops sales, online

transaction, and warehouse information. I-crop system provides secure communication in
between buyer and sellers (Marchewka, 2014).

Part 2:
Define the Scope:
Virtucon organization provides their service to Globex organization for long-time periods.
According to the current condition, they will be decided to work on a new project which is
known as I-crop system. It will be online cash market platform. Globex organization wants to i-
crop system access through the mobile application and website. This is a new system which is
not a replacement of the current system. Through the system, the organization wants to provide a
platform for grain buyer and grain seller to communication in a direct manner and get the right
cost for grain. It will also support the online transaction (Crawford, 2014). This system will be
provided following services such as
• Through the system, manage the warehouse of grain
• Supports the buy and sell process for grain
• An online transaction such as
a) Offers: buyer and seller can set grain price in a direct manner. The system will be
shown the cost details and offers details
b) Bids: user can bid for grain and buy and sell the grain according to their
requirements
c) Preferred Buyers: the seller can sell the grain according to their choice buyer
( select from the buyer list)
• The system provides necessary information for users such as offers, bids, seasonal sales
• It provides the Transaction flexibility
• The user can sell and buy the Seasonal crops on the system
