Introduction:
The project charter is representing the short document which contained information about the
proposal request or new project request. It is a part of project management procedure which
helps to manage Customer Relationship Management and Initiative for Policy Dialogue. It
provides all necessary guideline for the project development. In this report, there is designed a
project charter for an i-crop system which online cash marketplace platform. A virtucon
organization designed I-crop system according to Globex organization requirements. Through
the I-crop system, the organization provides a platform for direct communication in between
buyer and seller. There is designed documentation for I-crop system project charters such as
project Scope, project MOV, project WBS, project Closure and Evaluation, project Risk analysis
& Plan, and Project Quality Management Plan. To succeed the I-crop project purpose, there is
planned the WBS and appropriate project management strategy with risk exploration. It is well-
defined as the aims and objective of the report.
Project Brief:
Virtucon and Globex are two organizations that are working together for a long time. Virtucon
organization provides their service to Globex organization. Both organizations work together to
develop the online cash platform that known as I-crop system. It is a new system which does not
replace the current system. It is a platform for the people who may be seller or buyer. Through
the I-crop, grain seller and buyer are able to communicate directly and manage the grain
warehouse. The platform will be developed in the application and website both format. it is
accessible anytime and anywhere through the smart device with the help of internet services. I-
crop system provides user-friendly interaction in between customer and system. Through this
system, there is increased the crops access. There is needed the internet connectivity to access
the I-crop system. Globex wants a solution in I-crop system which occurred during transaction
process without internet connectivity. I-crop system provides so many features, in addition, the
feature of transactions.

Assumptions about the project
Some assumptions are made during I-crop system development process which is defined below
• Two stakeholders must be present during the I-crop system testing process. One
person performed the testing and another person is verifying the testing process.
There is a checked i-crop system designed according to user and system
requirements.
• Basic knowledge of the computer must be contained each user of the i-crop system
• Before the system development, there is collected all necessary information about the
i_crop system which provides the Globex organization. Information must be right.
• There must be designed a plan which decided the resource usage, time and budget of
the project.
• Team size selection must be complemented and each team role is defined in the
project development process.
• All necessary resource provides according to requirements.
Risk Identification Framework
The risk is an event, constraints, and conditions that occurred in the project suddenly and
accidentally and caused negative effects on the project. Sometime risk may be the reason for the
project failure. During the project development, there is must analyse the risk factor according to
the previous history and removed or solved that factor to reduce the risk in the project. Two ways
are used for the risk management process such as risk analysis process and risk handing when it
occurs. There are following risks manage in the i-crop project (Kerzner, & Kerzner, 2017).
Table 4: Risk Identification Framework
S.No I-crop project Risk Explanation of the risk
1. Cost During the I-crop project, there must be focused on the
project cost and their guidelines. Cost should not
exceed the limit.
2. Task Scheduling Task Scheduling is played a vital role in the project

development. If the task delivered delay, then it may be
the reason for the project failure. There is needed
proper task scheduling in the project development
process.
3. Management of recourse Resource needed to complete the project within the
given time and budget. The project may be a failure if
the resource is not managing proper ways. Recourse
should be used in an optimized manner.
4 Technical issue Sometime project may be faced with the failure due to
the Technical issue. For example, I-crop system is an
online system which contained the server. If there is
occurred the server failure, the system does not contain
any backup, then the project will be faced with the
failure.
5. Implementation and
configuration
I-crop system is an online project which needed the
proper Implementation and configuration otherwise
project will be faced failure due to security and privacy
issues.

Set of verification activities
Through the verification process, there is tested i-crop project according to user requirements.
The system will able to solve the user problem. It is important to the process of the testing phase
of the system. It checked the testing head of the project. This phase used for the project
documentation process. There is defined the verification procedures categories such as

Managerial review: project manager checks the user requirements and implementation
process. It keeps tracking all activities record which is used in the project development.
Through the teamwork and proper management of the resource, there is completed the
project with client requirements.
Financial review: Project cost plays a major role in project success. The project is
implemented according to the project plan cost and time. There is verified all cost and
expense of the project.
Business review: in this section, projects are reviewed according to the business purpose.
There is checked that system fulfilled the market requirements and provide loss or profit
to the organization.
After the verification process, there is find that system works according to user requirements. It
worked smoothly in the organization. It does not contain any bugs and error (Kendrick, 2013).
Set of the validation activities:
Validation is another phase of the testing which checks the system quality. There is a checked
system that system is designed according to plan and fulfilled the project purpose. It should be
achieved the project goals. There is checks capacity, correctness, accessibility, user handling,
and device compatibility of the system. For the validation phase, the following testing is
performed on the system such as
Unit testing: Through this rudimentary testing procedure the functionalities of the system
such as the bids, info, offer, and so-on. They are functioning appropriately and the user
necessities from the user and the customer are satisfied.
Integration testing: This testing approves the system reliability. It approves that the
project finishes the work with right and correct manner.
System acceptance: There is checked all requirements which are defined in the system
validation process. I-crop system tested in the peak session and check to meet with the
requirement.
User acceptance: System is given the user as a trial base and asks for their feedback and
review. After analyzing the review, there is implemented the final system and delivery to
the client. There is needed the client acceptance for the project completion (Wiegers, &

Yan-e, D. (2011, March). Design of intelligent agriculture management information system
based on IoT. In Intelligent Computation Technology and Automation
In this research paper, the author has defined the information system change. According to the
author, project failure occurs during the implementation process and development process
because there is a change in the user requirements. They want to implement the system their
requirement after the project plan design with given cost and time. It may affect the project
management process which is a major reason for the project failure. When the user requirements
are implemented in the system then there is followed by the complex process. So in this research
paper, the author discussed the proper management of commutative plan in the information
system. It will focus on the information system success.

In this research paper, the author discussed the project goals, scope, purpose, and objective
which help to make the brand value of the project. There is defined the project charter with their
different parts and their roles in project success. Through the project charter, the project
manager will be able to control the monitoring of the project activities. It helps to the delivery of
the project with given time and cost. Project charter contained a different type of information
which is related to the project such as budget, scopes, resource, project task, activities, time, cost,
scope and so-on. It helps to make the decision that related to project development. This will
help and provides information to the project manager in a positive manner.
