Personal and professional expansion is a procedure during which an organisation and person

By making development and enhancement in my skills and knowledge, I can do my work in
more developed form and attain set goals and perform a task in significant manner. To execute
their work and task in appropriate form, the development of several abilities such as
communication skill, use of ICTs, problem solving and decision making is important. Because if
I have excellent communication skills then I can share and deliver appropriate and crucial data to
others in context of written as well as verbal form cause of having efficient written and verbal
skills of communication. Also, good problem solving skills is also important for me as with
support of it, I can deal it confronts and obstacles which are arisen in my work and task. For
instance, if I performs in a project and task as well as wholly accountable for this work. With the
support of effectual problem solving skill I can get over or overcome the problems that arisen in
their work. Appropriate decision making abilities support in including and taking appropriate
decision during suffering several issues in a specific project and task.
By making development in basic abilities like communication, decision making and
problem solving, I can make development and accomplish my expected growth and development
(Davies, Curtin and Robson, 2017). For the efficient sympathetic of building progress and
enhancement in the abilities and competencies to personal and professional expansion, the
