INTRODUCTION Work based learning is strategy which is educational in nature which provides the students with the real life experience regarding work where it can apply technical and academic skills in order to develop its employability. It is commonly a series of the educational courses which is integrated in the university or the school curriculum with a workplace in order to create the different learning paradigm(Geden, 2020).It encompasses the diversity of the formal, informal and the non formal arrangements. This report shall cover a document of the skill audit with personal development plan. Further it will cover the skills and knowledge of the work role with the short reflective on its progress. TASK Undertake and document a skills audits and from this produce a personal development plan, In order to document a skill audit, it is necessary to have the personal SWOT analysis. It is a tool which helps in identifying the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat so that with the help of this skill audit can be done and a personal development can be produced(Nation, 2016).
