in our organisation. At that time, I was assigned as head of project and there were ten guys

From then onwards, I am the only person who is asked when there is any opportunity for

I have to do that all the time, attend uni, manage to submit assignments in time , organise
at work so I can meet all deadlines plus organise personal life…..
There are many times in an organisation where a person has to perform multiple tasks.
Thus it is important for me to build multitasking abilities. As I have been working as the
team leader then it is important for me to wok effectively and complete my targets on
time. At this stage I have to perform various multiple tasks in a single time. I used to
prepare presentations, guide my subordinates how to work, think of wider strategies that
will build an organisation’s profitability, etc. also I have my personal life where I have to
take care of my family. I have the ability to manage my personal as well as professional
life. I am a good at multitasking.

Same presentation mentioned in question 2 where I had to persuade everyone in the group
and help them become confident and get a great outcome or maybe you have a better idea to

I worked in hospitality sector for years and once I was asked about managing a big
event on my own. At initial level I had no idea how to work as that was my first big gig so at
first I encouraged myself that I can do this and I managed the event with full confidence
without panicking. I managed menu, lightning, security, safety, people, etc, in an effective
manner.

main thing which I have learnt from the interview process is that every individual must be
flexible so that he may adopt any surrounding for providing a successful interview. Also it is
important for an interviewee to speak in a normal tone so that answers given to the
interviewer do not give an offensive impression. It is important for each and every
interviewee to have knowledge about current affairs of the world. Moreover the interviewee
must be prepared for analytical and situational questions.
