Introduction
A medium size firm is adopting the implementation of a 3D technology of printing,
which is located in Melbourne Australia. At present, the organization is looking to deal into
the sector of both corporate client and retail. The definition, which can be applied to the
concept of the 3D printing, is that the technology is adaptive which directly creates physical
design, which is related to any object in a digital manner. The concept, which can be related
to the aspect of finishing the project mainly include the ordering detail and removal of the
imperfections. The amount of labor and time, which has to be included into the concept of
printing directly, depends upon the complexity and the size of the printing. Various kind of
object can be created by this technology. The concept can be used for the aspect of providing
detail information of different products, which ultimately makes use of the concept of the thin
layer and does not involve any type of time in the process of production (Dean, Ewan &
McIndoe, 2016). Although it can be stated, that the concept provides the detailing sector but
it is constructed in thick layers.
The focus point of the report is to take into consideration different aspect, which are
related to the concept of 3D printing. The report provides a detailed explanation of the
technology, which is based relating to the 3D technology. Along with the technological
aspect, the different advantage and disadvantage are also taken into consideration.

material, which is used in the concept. It consist of laminated objects, melted kind of material
and resins. CAD (Computer Aided Design) can be considered as one of the mostly used
software, which can be implemented in the concept of the 3D printing process. The software
directly provides different kind of shapes and structure with the aspect of digital scanning
devices. All the details, which are related to the size and the structure, are stored in the
concept of the system that how the desired structure can be implemented with the use of the
3D printing concept (Dean, Ewan & McIndoe, 2016). The concept of the 3D technology can
be considered very much different when related to the processing in word documents. The
focus point which is related to the concept of the 3D printers are mainly applicable to the
printing of the nozzle in different layer which are successive relating to the material like
powder and various type of plastic. The different successive layers are build until the exact
shape and size of the object is not reached.
3D printing can be applied with the help of different types of methods for example
SLS technology and FDM technology. Apart from the mentioned technology there are
number of technology for example digital light processing (DLP), stereo lithography, multijet
printers and continuous liquid interface production (CLIP). It can be stated her that if the
printing technology is using metal then there are large number of things which can be used
for example Direct metal laser sintering (DMLS), DLP and electron beam melting, selective
deposition of lamination, builder jetting and triple jetting technology.
Fused deposition modelling (FDM) Technology: The concept which is related to the
Fused deposition modelling (FDM) Technology can be considered one of the most widely
used technology due to the factor that various type of printers are available in the market. The
main process, which is implemented into the aspect deals with the various kind of metals,
which are directly, extracted from the nozzle of the 3D printer in the cross section of the page
