is named as RALS. For organizing RALS and its proper management during three
days of the exhibition, RALS need the help of many volunteers for conducting
and taking care of various necessary activities need to be done dun the show.

Every day evening we shall meet to discuss the current day problem and next day’s plan.
We shall meet at conference room of Virtucon office
Team members shall come prepared with their files to project and discuss
We shall be in touch using e-mail system when outside the office; otherwise more

We all must park our important documents in the central shard folders to avoid any loss

Previous experiences of working in teams: team work reveals great result, but as long as
it is handled properly by maintaining few rules and regulations like the view an objective
of the project team must be well defined to reduce the miss communication, the team
members need to meet at least once daily. Similarly the negative can happen if the
communication gap arises (Cren, 2016). So for the proper functioning of any group
work, proper communication management is must.
Team Values: motivate each other’s good piece of work, never demotivate team
members, never attract conflict, always try to resolve the issue at spot, never take
decision by own an always discuss the issue with team (Quick Base, 2010), always
maintain descent behavior at workplace.
Code of Ethics: the ethical requirement of Globex Corporation and Virtucon shall be
followed properly, never cheat the organization (OSP International LLC, 2017), never
leak the secret data with others and maintain proper privacy of work wherever
required.
Rules and Expectations: attending daily meeting is must unless prior intimation is done
for some leave, in case of emergency a message need to be dropped to team so that all

Reflection
The leadership qualities to lead a project successfully are the must requirement for any and all
project managers that I learned while doing this assessment paper. While developing the report
I could realize that we team members decided the team name, project name means I am
allowing other members to participate in the system and feel like involved which is one of the
characteristics that must be present in all leaders. Then we even developed team charter by
defining many factors like the required skill level, roles and responsibilities of each individual,
defining team’s value and ethical requirement along with few more expectations from the team
and got it signed to bind all the team members together. This binding together with common
goal and understanding will provide single direction of thinking for all the members and
moreover, none of the members can back foot and claim that the facts of the project was not
known or the way he / she must behave was not known which is again a role of a leader to bind
all the members together and work as a team with common objective in everybody’s mind.
The necessary skills of an ICT project manager are that he / she needs to have brilliant
leadership skills. The project manager of IT industry need to be confident, let other’s speak,

good listener, motivate team members, be an example setter, poses good communication skill,
problem solver and honest so maintain all necessary qualities required to be an leader
(Management Concepts, 2017). Being a people centric industry, the project manager’s
maximum time is spent in managing the resources (Human in case of IT industry), so the project
manager is required to have leadership skills.
