Project Overview
In this paper, it mainly focuses on organization ‘Globex’ which is one the important client of
Virtucon. This organization have signed contract with Virtucon for the development of a online
farm stud management system for the delivery of project at exact time. The system is developed
to substitute the manual system already used in Globex and also helps to resolve all faced

My personal experience as a team leader is alike with the understanding of leadership quality. In

management. The suitable project management assists to complete the undertaken project within
the estimated budget and time in successful way.
