Introduction

Project Overview
In this paper, it mainly focuses on organization ‘Globex’ which is one the important client of
Virtucon. This organization have signed contract with Virtucon for the development of a online
farm stud management system for the delivery of project at exact time. The system is developed
to substitute the manual system already used in Globex and also helps to resolve all faced
problems which mainly occurred because of the deployment of manual system.

My personal experience as a team leader is alike with the understanding of leadership quality. In
terms of managing of project work, I developed numbers of leadership qualities like cool,
integrity, team building, proper communication etc which helps to operate and manage a project
in successful manner. Apart from that, it becomes important to gain better capabilities of project
management. The suitable project management assists to complete the undertaken project within
the estimated budget and time in successful way.
The capabilities and skills that an IT professional need to be maintained are discussed below:
 Administrative skills: they must have the skills to elaborate all types of assets that are
useful for any whole project work.
 Specialized skills: they also need to have the better knowledge and skills in different
types of programming languages and software that can be employed in an effective
manner.
Conclusion
It also be concluded that the implementation of various operations in the project
“Implementation of Online Stud Farm Management System for Globex” are supported by the
formation of different activities alignment. The leadership skills of project manager help to align
