Introduction
This report is highlighted on the Australian Fashion Designs (AFD) and their operational
planning for adoption of new information technology for development of their operational
planning. However, the report assesses different types of methodologies, as well as a
recommendation, has been provided for selection of best methodology for the adoption of the
better software in business.
Implication of methodologies
Methodology 1 : Accounting software
As per increasing business transaction in large volume, it is necessary for adoption of right
strategic planning for furnishing financial reporting in a progressive manner. However,
application of this software in ADF would be supportive for making their different report in a
significant manner. Balance sheet, as well as income statement preparation, becomes easy. In
this organization for accomplishments of operational work in a progressive manner financial
accounting packages would be supportive for making their performance in a better way by
controlling their additional cost1.
