 Implementation and control:When BI system is developed then it has to be
implemented and pre-test must be carried out to identify if any loopholes are present.
In case, if they are present then they can be addressed within this stage. BI system
will lead to automate various other processes.

Is stakeholder consultation required as part of the Business Intelligence
System Development processes? Why/Why not?
Yes, stakeholder consultation is necessary while formulation of system development
processes within business intelligence. The reason behind this is that, stakeholders are the
critical assets that are associated with the project and possess certain interest. This will aid
within understanding their requirements and then formulating communication strategies. The
cost analysis must also be presented but the benefits that can be attained by the development
of business intelligence solution has to be communicated. It will have a positive impact on
them. The stakeholders related with the project are employees, customers, management,
investors and board of directors. In addition to this, future aspects must also be focused on.
By involving stakeholders within the project their opinions can be taken into consideration
which might lead to innovative solution.
