Marketing manager in a local shop and other companies plays several roles which helps them in accomplishing their goals. TASK 2 Ideal Job Ideal job refers a job in which an individual can grow and have willingness to perform. My ideal job is marketing manager. Marketing manager is one who perform several marketing activities with the main aim to promote services and products of the company. Reason of this job role:The main reason of selecting this job role is it is my interesting job role and I like to communicate with different types of customers. The main role of marketing manager is to communicate and influence different types of customers and make them aware about features of coffee. By performing activities of marketing in efficient manner, I like to prove my worth and effectiveness (Leonardi, 2018). Willingness to work in a company:As a marketing manager I would like to work with big and popular company such as ASDA, Sainsbury's. But I think I have several skills which can make me able to perform marketing activities for my own coffee shop. The main aim of working for coffee shop is to attract wider range of customers and increase brand image of a company who is not popular yet. In the context of marketing manager, it can be said that for performing marketing activities, an individual requires several skills. An effective team working skills,communicationskills,creativityskills,adaptabilityskillsplaysanimportantrole. Adaptability and communication is the main key of the success of marketing because marketing manager have to deal with different types of customers and have to change themselves as per the changing needs. It has some features which help business to promote their products like marketplace is a feature which allow business to purchase and sell their products to customers which are interested. This will also increase the market share of the coffee shop and also attract more young customers from the Facebook users. Twitter It is also an effective social media platform which are being mainly used by businessman and people to share information and their views. Marketing manager of coffee house can increase their knowledge by following some successful marketing managers stories and their ways and create better understanding about business ethics and employability skills.
