INTRODUCTION Job is defined as an opportunity related to learning, progression and contribution to an organisation. Ideal job is considered as a job option which a person would select if money were no object (Holmes and Ali-Knight, 2017). Ideal job role on which based on is event organiser, who schedules an event in smooth manner according to their client requirement. Topics included in this report are description of ideal job role, its job description, personal specification, qualification required as well as it will also include resources which are available for attaining ideal job profile. MAIN BODY Description about ideal job My ideal job role is of event organizer. Event organisation is considered as a person who generally schedules an event or program according to requirement of their client as well as it is also normally they run and report it (Jones, 2017). Moreover, if I perform this job role I need to make sure that event run in smooth manner and if any will arise it will solve properly and at time. Mainly event organizer is a person who is responsible for the whole event from start to end. While I will perform this job role need to conduct several responsibilities such as organize an event, book site according to requirement, advertise tournaments. Along with this, it will also include several other responsibilities such as recruiting skilled staffs, ensure effective utilization of resources, deal with day to day problems and so on. Job description of ideal job Job description is considered as written narrative which describe about task, duties as well as responsibilities that a person will perform while executing particular job role. This will also include other factors like areas of knowledge, abilities and skills which are required to perform specific task.Job description of my ideal job i.e. event organizer is given below:- I need to communicate with clients in order to understand their need, wants and special requirement for specific event. I also need to conduct planning as well as organizing event from the perspective of finishing it according to client requirement. 3
I need to develop budget which suits to client's requirement and budget. Select, book, prepare and arrange most appropriate location or venue according toclientrequirement(EventOrganizerJobDescription,Duties,and Responsibilities,2020). I need to develop or design layout as well as agenda of event, I also need to develop proper guide so that my team members will conduct work accordingly. I also need to resolve disputes which may arise while conducting work related to the event. Conduct contact as well as negotiation with vendors like florists, suppliers of foodsmaterial,photographers,caterers,technicians,musiciansandmany others. I also need to monitor all the delivered goods and services in order to ensure contract terms are satisfied that are related to health and safety, insurance, adhere to legal perspectives and many more. Person specification and how to quality for ideal job Personal specification is defined as written documents which will describe about qualification, experiences, selection criteria, skills, knowledge and so on (Kasket, 2016). Person specification is generally derive from job description as well as from the core of foundation process of requirement. Person specification for my ideal job role i.e. Event organizer is given below:- Person Specification of Event organizer Qualification- Graduation degree from reputed college or university Diploma or degree in Event Management from affiliated college or university. s Knowledge and experience- A person must have event management experience at exhibition or conference industry. Need experience in operational management activities at similar industry or environment. An individual need to have knowledge and understanding of health and safety legislation at the entertainment/ conference industry (Pauwels and et. al., 2016). 4

Company career pages:If a company want to hire for a specific role role they will post an advertisement at their career page from where applicant can apply for similar job role easily with their CV (Spanjaard, Hall and Stegemann, 2018). CONCLUSION By above mentioned points it can be evaluate and summarise that every person want to attain their ideal job so that they can develop career as they want. Around the world there are numbers of job profile are available such as marketing manager, evert organizer, finance manager, dress designer, singer, teacher, dancer and many more. There is specific job description of a particular job role according to which a person make themselves ready for job interview as well as there is also requirement of particular person specification and quality in order to attain specific job role. 6
